I want to be able to look, open, and edit forms from a different Lotus Notes database in/from my database. Is this possible and if so, how is it done?

Subject: embedded views
The simplest way would be through Embedded Views. Create a form in your database to act as a view template. Then do Create - Embedded Element - View. Select the other database, and the view from that database which displays the documents you want.
Otherwise, there are probably a dozen ways you could script such access, depending on what you’re trying to do.
