I can view a co-workers email. But, I can not see what he has already read. It appears like he has not read any email. How can I view his email just as he sees it???
Subject: unread emails
You are seeing what you’ve read/not read. Unread marks are for the individual logged in, not based on the owner of the mail
Subject: unread email
I dont think I am posting my question well… I have access to a co-workers email. It appears to me that he has not read any email at all. But, I know that he has. Why does everything appear as unread??? And how can I change it so I can see unread and read emails…??? Thanks
Subject: Your question is fine
When you log in as yourself and read his emails, it will tell you which ones you’ve read or not. If you read one it’ll change to read, it’s only all unread because you haven’t read any yet
If you logged in as him and opened his email then you’d see the ones he’d read (as you are him, if you see what I mean)
Subject: I do understand
Thank you for your help…
Subject: Ignore my last post, Dan is right
Think I misunderstood your question.
Subject: View, Show, Unread Only
I don’t think this is anything to do with access control. Sounds like you are only viewing unread items. View All instead. Use the drop-down menu to uncheck…
View\Show\Unread only
Hope that helps.
