Hello, I was looking at a datbase via the Notes Administrator client and I tried to view all documents by selecting View/Go To/All Documents and it would not let me see the documents. I copied the database over to my windows machine and I was able to see them right away. I could be wrong but it appeared to have the proper ACLs. Is there some other setting I do not know about?
Server details:
AIX 5.2 with Domino 6.5.3 Mail Server
Then I had a windows administrator client connecting for administering the AIX Domino server.

The only thing i use the admin client is for registering new users.
why dont you just open the users mail file from your lotus notes client and then click on the view>all documents

Hmmmm. Strangely enough, I tried this on the notes client and it did work. Does this mean there is a flaw in the Domino Administrator client or does this mean that this client just does not allow this for some other reason?
I know it really does not make any difference but this was an database application nsf file that I was looking at and not a user’s mail file. I know there are the same but I tend to use the Administrator client more so that the Notes client.
Thanks for the suggestion. It did work.

use the admin client as little as possible. familiarize yourself with some key console commands then do all your database stuff through the client.
i think there’s bugs in the admin client, other may disagree, though.
glad it helped.
