I don’t understand why Lotus Notes provides a feature that is open to incredible mis-use and abuse:View → Switch Form…

Can I disable this feature for my database? I want to protect my database from mis-use and/or abuse of this feature.

Subject: suppressing View - Switch Form

In the Form Properties infobox, un-check “Include in Menu”. This will prevent the form from displaying under View - Switch Form.

You will need to provide a different way for users to create documents with the form, such as an action button at the top of the view.
