Hi All,

I have something weird happening to me. See formula below. Problem: My formula works on my local db, but does not work on production db.

Any reason why or is there other way i can do code this??

formula:

SELECT Form = “MAILBOX MASK” & STATUS=“COMPLETED” & (@Month(@TextToTime(DATECOMP)) = @Month(@Adjust(@TextToTime(“Today”);0;-1;0;0;0;0))) & (@Year(@TextToTime(DATECOMP)) = @Year(@Adjust(@TextToTime(“Today”);0;-1;0;0;0;0)))

Can I assume that the problem is that documents never leave the view? That’s the normal behaviour with @TextToTime(“Today”) – it is only evaluated once, when the documents are indexed into the view. You will either have to use @Today (yecchh!) or use a “flag field” to select documents. An agent running monthly will be able to set/reset the flag field.
