I have databse with two form “WorkRegister” and “ProfileRegister”.I have also creat a view. But i want to show both the form data in a single view.Details:-

Email UEmail
Fields in Profile Register:-
Label FieldName
Date pDate

Program pProgram
I just want to create a single view which will show all the data from workregister form and programregister form.
The single view will be in the following order-
Date Program name UserName Email
Pls Help me…its urgent. Its a client based application.
The first is ‘quick and dirty’ - it is less efficient for the view. The second is the better option for performance but might require you to update existing documents.
Each column would have a formula: @if( form = “WorkRegister” ; field1 ; field 2 ).
Create hidden computed fields on each form with a common name (e.g. dispName on the WorkRegister form which computes to UName, and dispName on the ProfileRegister form which computes to Pname )
This is one reason it makes sense to use the same field name for “the same” field in different forms.
Michelle’s description was pretty clear. If it’s not working, you need to describe exactly how it’s not working (what does it do instead of working) and show your code – in this case, your view selection formula and column formulas.
“No data r showing” isn’t enough information to tell whether the problem is with the view selection or the column formulas. Add a column that displays a value you know works – like the date created – so that you can tell how many documents are in the view even if the other columns are all blank.
