OK I have been working with Lotus Notes for a few years but mostly on smaller projects for individual plants. My experience is limited to Formula language. I have a new project that I’m working on that has a similair form for 4 seperate divisions. Each form’s reader’s field is set to a role. So basically each division can only see their own data.
When creating views is there any way to control the view selection based on the role? I looked around the forum and the answer seems to be No. What’s an alternative? There’s got to be an easier way than creating the same view 4 times for each divisoin. If I go this route I’m going to end up with 100 views instead of 25. Any ideas? Thanks,
