While testing a new database I created, I was restricting a couple of views to a defined person (who does not have Domino Designer) and I accidentally excluded myself. Now I can no longer see, edit or work with these views. Is there a way to get them back so I can add myself back onto the Security tab?

add yourself to the group that the defined group of people you gave access to are in. Or you should be able to enable Full Access Administration and that should let you see them.

Actually, it was only one persons name that I gave access to and she does not have Domino Deisgner.

Either use the full access administration from the admin client (as Paul mentioned) or have the person e-mail you thier notes ID and password.
