View problem

hi ,we are using short cut shift±- for minimizing the documents in pick list .

But we are facing problem that some time view becomes blank …means user is not able to see aby document in this view after pressing shift±-

Any luck.

Check scroll bar. If the categorized views are closed then some times u would need to scroll up to see the closed categories.

Thanks .But when we are doing Shift+ – then scroll bar is disappearing .
