Finally after a long … time we made the leap from R5 to R8. I have a lot to learn and read. I would thank if you can help me with a small issue of how can user see his/her personal contact when using webmail. we can open the main address book but not the user’s personal address book.

Subject: Need to switch on synch from local address book to mail db
From the local address book (contacts): More > Preferences > Enable Synchronize Contacts on the replicator. Then from the replicator bar - make sure you enable the “Synchronize Contacts” option.
This will then synch your contacts to your mail file, making them available via web mail.

Sorry for the late respond.
I have the right field checked in the user’s prefernces area. I called the notes suppoet and it seems that the only solution was to edit the location doc’ and force replication when you open/close the client.
