View=>Mail Threads: Can't see all mail

This morning I started the view for Mail Threads, and it is showing only email that arrived in my inbox /after/ the view was started. However, my email admin can logon to my account and from his desk he sees all mail threads back to 2005. Is there a local peference that I need to set? An index that needs to be rerun? I have tried loggin off/on, and verifying that I don’t have any filters in place (like “unread”).

v.7.0.3, accessed via a Citrix server

have you tried checking what view you are in - like view all, view unread that sort of thing???

Also make sure, that View → Show → Unread only is not enabled. The view doesn’t have the button, that’s in the inbox, but the filtering can still be applied.

yes, those were the first questions my Notes admin asked, since at our shop most users have trouble with the Notes options and menu items.I have no unread or any other filters in place (that I can find anyway). Since yesterday the view has been working OK with just the mail after the time the view was first run.
