I am tying to create a folder that users would place files in on the network. I would like those files to be accessible on the web if I go to www.mydomain.com\files. I have set up security to this folder, but am unable to see the files. I don’t really want to set up ftp, just to have the ability to see the files without updating a web page constantly. Is there any easy way? Thanks in advance.

You can create a folder called files in data\domino\html directory of Domino server. Files in that directory will be accessible from web browser.
Example path to files folder: C:\DominoServer\Domino\Data\domino\html\files
The files are accessible, but they are not listed. So users must know the exact filename in order to open the file. To show the listing of files, you must create a LotusScript or Java agent (or servlet).
Users will call the agent with URL and the agent will output clickable filenames.
Example of URL to agent:
http://www.server.com/custdir.nsf/dir
or
http://www.server.com/custdir.nsf/dir?OpenAgent
Code of a simple agent:
Sub Initialize
Dim pathName As String, fileName As String, fpath As String
pathName$ = "C:\DominoServer\Domino\Data\domino\html\files\*.*"
fileName$ = Dir$(pathName$, 0)
fpath="/files/"
Do While fileName$ <> ""
Print |<a href="|+fpath+fileName$+|">|+ fileName$+|</a><br>|
fileName$ = Dir$()
Loop
End Sub
The agent must have “Allow restricted operations” property enabled and the signer of the agent must be allowed to run unrestricted agents.
How to give users access to put files to the Domino data\html\files folder and how secure it is, is up to you to decide.

I got it, the target must be set to none, also. Thank You So much for all of your help.

Maybe I’m wrong but I think you should not be able to publish files from Domino server folder (for security reasons). To do this you should use a database and add your files to the database documents. Then you can configure all the security.
