View Actions

Hi All

I have a view that shows my main forms and all response and response to response documents. I have a set of Buttons (Actions) on this form. At the moment I can see all my buttons, but what I want is only the button to show if the highlighted document in the view is equal to a specific form name. So my view may have the following forms.

Machine

Station

System

Tooling

and based on this I want the appropriate button to show depending on what form is hightlighted.

Is this possible??

Subject: View Actions

Just put the hide-when formulae Form!=“Station” etc. on your actions, then make sure you have the view property ‘Evaluate actions for every document change’ checked
