I have a user who is receiving internet mail with very small fonts. When you edit the memo the font is Default Monospace (Courier New) with the size of 1. He has the default fonts in preferences and the Courier New font is installed. The same email sent to other recipients looks OK and when I open his mail file and look at the offending memos it looks fine to me - so the problem is somewhere in his client.
I have re-applied the 6.5 template with no change.
Has anyone seen this 1 point font problem? Any ideas before I reinstall notes?

We have had a couple of cases of this also. However, since we upgraded to 6.5IF1 we have not seen it again (yet)

It looks like the re-applying the mail file design may have done the trick. I had upgraded it to the mail6.ntf on my machine (6.5.2). The only other change I made was to change the person document setting:
Format preference for incoming mail:
to:
Prefers Notes Rich Text

I just experienced this problem. We are Domino 6.5.4.1 and Notes client 6.5.1.
Only one user had a problem that all incoming internet email had a font size of 1.
It turned out that replacing the design of the personal address book corrected the problem The ods was already updated, but something must have become corrupt.
Just thought I would post in case anyone else has the same problem.
