At the request of a client, I just called VeriSign to ask a question about updating a certificate. (I already know how to do this, but I’m doing what the client asked.) The VeriSign support rep said she didn’t know anything about Lotus, and she gave me the solution number to search for. It is for Microsoft IIS. What a world.
