Hi (again!)
Having problem with the Verisign pop-up being displayed on a form when using the RT applet. We need to stop the pop-up to avoid user confusion.
There was some confusion upgrading the JVM that has resulted in a roll back. Before the upgrade the Verisign pop-up did not display. Since upgrading and rolling back, this is becoming an issue that is causing much user confusion.
I am told that there is some way to turn off the pop-up.
Any ideas?
