We used a Class one verisign key to send email to an external client.
We can see their Verisign Key imported into their details in the names.nsf.
We can see our verisign key imported into our ID file.
We have sent and received signed keys.
Encryption fails as soon as the user selected “send”.
The following message appears on screen:-
Mail Encryption failure.
If you choose to continue sending, the following recipient(s) will receive and unencrypted…
…
Mail encyption failed for this user…
In addition the status in the task tray below the message is “signing”
