I know that I can create a Domino CA and by way of the CA process and the Domino Admin client, automatically and transparently distribute x.509 certs to my Notes users. That’s fine, but I would rather use a certificate from a public CA, such as Verisign or Thawte instead of my own certificate.
Here’s where I’m a bit hazy. Can I request/buy some sort of certificate from a commercial CA, and use Domino’s CA process to create/distribute x.509 certs to my Notes users? In essense, I want all my users to have commercial x.509 certs and I want to create/distribute them transparently to them.
