Good Morning-
I have searched through the forum for this issue, but I have come up empty, so I’m going to ask.
Two days ago we made a change to our mail templates. We added the ability to sort in both directions on the columns in the inbox. This went off without a hitch and everything looked good yesterday.
This morning on one of the servers, several mail databases, (not all), appear to have a version 5 pane along the left hand side. When I try to run a convert to a different template, the pane stays. If I try to replace the design with a template from a different server, it continues to stay. I created a new mail database using the same template and it looks fine. Is there a tag somewhere that is stuck? I have run all the fun maintenance and received no errors.
They are also giving the error, “special database object cannot be located.” I have looked at the Inbox folder and it is set as the default view for the database. I have removed it and then run a refresh to have it added back in. The error continues.
Since this is a inotes server some people are no longer able to view their mail from a browser because of the incorrct pane. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
