Variant does not contain a container

When going to archive the mails in user’s pc from Action- Archive-Archive selected documents, it is giving a message ‘Variant does not contain a container’. Pl help me. This happend in my boss’s pc.

it´s a weird error. I remcommend you to replace the template, may be this can help you.Before replacing the template, please check which is the one the DB has (database - properties-design tab), to prevent changing it for another that is not the actual.

I have done following procedures individually, but no solved.

  1. fix up the database.

2)Refresh design.

3)Replace design.
