We have recently upgraded all Lotus Notes users to version 7.0.1 client. Since the upgrade, some users have reported that Outlook crashes. Workstations are configured with windows 2000 professional and Outlook 2002. Lotus notes is not used for messaging, just access to some notes databases.
Any help would be appreciated.

did Notes make itself the default e-mail program when you upgraded? Maybe that has something to do with it. Just a guess. Best of luck.

It should not of… Is there a way to check what the default e-mail program is on a workstation??
