Using @SetViewFilter with @ViewChange

Does anyone know why I can use @SetViewFilter with @OpenView but not with @ViewChange -

And of course, if anyone knows how to use Collapse All after using @SetViewFilter or with Show Single Category on an Embedded view that would be greatly appreciated as well

It’s a pain; isn’t it!

As I understand it, if you could collapse All, then you would no longer have a single category available. Therefore, it isn’t allowed in a single-category view.
