Using right-click menu from email or invitation changes email address?

When trying to send an email by using the right-click method from your inbox (or other folder) or a calendar entry results in error message.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Right Click on an email from another internal employee in your inbox

  2. The first option on the pop up menu will be the sender’s name - click on that

  3. The next pop up menu will have the option “Send” at the top - click on that

  4. The next pop up menu has three options, the first two are dimmed out and the only option is “e-mail” - click on that

This will bring up the message indicating that an email address was not found for the following “Any User/Domain” with the original sender’s information in the message. The error message box has a title of “Sametime”

Is this unique to our setup or is this happening to others as well?

We continue to experience this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would cause this or how to fix it?
