Using Rem formula - what about quotation?

I used Rem to explain formula, but sometime I needed to put quotations into my statement, which will give me error, as the quotation marks can only be put once. So, I revert to use variable, to keep such information. Any other way to overcome this? tqvm.

REM {I can type “whatever” I want in the curly brackets, including quotes}

I think the vertical bar may work as well.
