Using MS Word document as a template -?

Hi everyone!

I have a word doc. with empty fields.

I wish to modify our docflow application that way:

  1. User fills a Notes’ form.

  2. Manager checks a form, if it’s ok - “clicks a button”, so mail is created with filled and formatted Word document attached. This mail is sent to the user, so he/she can print the document.

Is it possible? How to format and fill Word doc with OLE, anyone knows?

Subject: Using MS Word document as a template - ?

In yr word document template, define the blanks as field.

Then use ole to fill in the fields.
