Using Lotus Notes Mail Manual

Greetings,Does anyone know where I can find a simple Lotus Notes Mail User’s Guide, for version 6, preferably in PDF format so I can distribute to new users. I know of the help database, but many have asked for a simpler easy to follow printable manual.
