Subject: Using Lotus Notes Client as Pop3 & Smtp Client
All of that is in the Client Help:
http://www-12.lotus.com/ldd/doc/domino_notes/6.5.1/help65_client.nsf/Main?OpenFrameSet
Look in the Index for “POP3” and “SMTP Mail.”
Good luck.

Personally, I wouldn’t bother. The notes client is a pain in the butt when it comes to POP3/IMAP. Use Outlook, it’s easier.
