Using like operator in phone number validation

Hi all,

How to use the like opertor in LS to do phone number validation as the pattern below

1 ) +Countrycode-AreaCode-phone No.

2 ) 00+Countrycode-AreaCode-phone No.

3 ) countrycodeAreaCodePhoneNo

My answer to this was to split the string into 3 temporary fields: TCountryCode, TAreaCode and TTelNumber.Then on the onchange event use javascript to populate a FullNumber field. You can then do the validation in the submit button using javascript, ie if TCountryCode is blank then stop and alert the user, or prefill it using a default.
