Using hidden paragraphs

I have created a form using tables. There are a few nested tables in the main table. I had to hide some paragraphs so that blank lines would not appear in the form. When pasting the form in a stationary or new memo it works great. However, after the form is forwarded or replied to a couple of times, the hidden paragraphs are no longer hidden and the form layout all messed up.

Any suggestions on how to keep the text hidden. Or any other suggestions on how I can create a form to be used as stationary?

it depends on many things what the best solution is, but here are some ideas:

Create a large table and merge cells as needed (highlight the cells, right click, merge cells)

If i were doing it in Domino designer, i would also consider using html to create the tables.

Thanks. I actually ended up creating the table and merging the needed cells. Worked great!
