Using Different Input Devices

I’m new in Lotus Programming and want to know. If it possible to use a different Input devices(Such as scanner) integrated with lotus notes.

By scanner I’ll assume you mean barcode reader, and yes, it is absolutely possible. I’ve had the best luck with the ones that connect through the keyboard port, and as long as the reader is configured properly you can scan into any application.
