Using DECS to add calendar entry

Can this be done? I have a DB2 file with eight fields. I think I want to map them to a calendar form, but have been unsuccessful. I’m not sure of what the correct form is and which fields on the form are required. So far everything I try results with a document in my Drafts view.

what else you need depends on the type of entry (meeting, appointment, anniversary etc). At least you will need Subject, StartDate, StartTime, AppointmentType, From
