Using a text file to create person documents

Dear All,

I would like to create a number of person documents using a text file. I know this can be done if you want to register the users but I just wish to create the users for internet access no ID files and no mail file. Can this be done??

Subject: Import the file

I like to use a spreadsheet. Create one with cols for fname, lname, fullname, shortname, internet password, emailaddress and any other fields you require in the person docs.

Create a simple view with these fields in the same order as the spreadsheet.

Then import the spreadsheet. You may need to experiment a little to get it just right, so start with a spreadsheete with just 2-3 people on it.
