Users requesting recertification

Does anyone know of a way to control the process of users requesting recertification.

Currently when a user is told that their certificate is going to expire it sends an email to Administrators. Is there a way of controlling who the email is sent to without getting the user to retype the address.

Subject: Users requesting recertification

In release 5, it appears that the name set up in other mail addresses is used to fill the ‘send to’ field when recertification is requested.
