Users Notes crashes every time she locks the computer

Every time the user locks her computer to go away when she unlocks the computer (ctrl - alt - del) notes crashes.

I have un-installed Notes - re-installed and installed R8.5FP1

Any ideas??

Subject: no record for a similar issue. could you provide nsd and log file?

Please find following files and post here, so that Dev could start investigation.

  • nsd file ( file name starts with nsd xxx…log under your data directory. ex : C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT

  • javalog file ( file name starts with javacorexxx.txt under your data directory. ex. C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace\logs
