Users cannot send through Lotus Traveler

Our client is running a Domino 8.0.2 server with Lotus Traveler 8.0.1.2. Users have full functionality except there sent messages are not routed to their destination. I cannot see any attempt to route these messages in the Notes log. Sent messages do synchronise to the sent folder. I have checked device logs, Traveler logs and can find nothing. Can connect to the server from outside through the correct ports.

This suddenly stopped working for all users and nobody can relate it to a change made in anything. I have been through the troubleshooting section of the Lotus Traveler documentation but still have not resovled the problem. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Subject: Traveler send

First thing to check is if the Traveler and/or mail servers have multiple out going mail boxes. I.E. mail.box1, mail.box2 etc. If so add this parameter to notes.ini file and restart the Server.

Mail_Enable_Mailbox_Compatibility=1

If still have issues after that then please open a problem report so we can collect and review the logs.
