I have a few people who are trying to send email to themselves for whatever reason and they aren’t getting the emails.
I have one user who say that when she emails herself using the internet address, she doesn’t get the email, but when she chooses her name from the Domino Names.nsf it gets delivered.
Another user says that she is forwarding emails to herself, but she never gets them.
I am not sure why or what to look for and am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction or explain what is happening.

Subject: Trace the path
Just send a mail and in the delivery options, select “Trace entire path” in delivery report field.
This way you’ll get an email each time the mail goes through a server. The last one you’ll get a mail from is either holding or discarding your mail. Then you can check the configuration to find out what is going on.
I would suspect rules and/or parameters on this server to avoid spams.

I looked at one user who inadvertently put herself in the Block Senders list. I couldn’t get the other one to not send the email to herself.
