Userd getting the error when trying to print from mailin db

Hi GuysCould anyone please advise why the user would getting the below error when trying to print from mailin db.

the error pop up mesg is:LOTUS NOTES

DOC IS PRIVATE AND WILL NOT BE PRINTED

The e-mail was sent with the ‘Prevent copying’ checkbox ticked in the delivery options. This prevents e-mail being copied to the clipboard, forwarded, or printed.
