Please exceuse this newbie… I have much experience with Outlook/Exchange but am very new to Lotus Notes.
One of my users has multiple businesses. I simply have all mail from business B forwarded to primary business A.
How can I set it up so when he sends mail to business B customers, it shows as being from domain B, not primary domain A.
In Outlook I would simply set up separate accounts with different smtp servers and different reply to: addresses.
In Notes, I am stumped.

You can achieve this using 2 different locations, eah one pointing to a different address.

If you’re new to Notes and you need more help on location documents as referred to in the previous posts, the location documents are found in the users local address book, names.nsf on the hard drive.
Expand the advanced view in the left hand side of the address book and click on Locations. You can create two locations, one for Domain A & one for Domain B where you can specify different email addresses. Once these are created, all your user has to do is switch between the two when sending mail by clicking on the location in the bottom right hand corner of Notes and switching to the other by selecting it.

you can setup add’l location document(s) in the personal address book, one for each return address. Here you can indicate a different internet address and that will get used on outgoing mail as the From address. Also, on those locations, while in edit mode go to Actions > Advanced > Set Update Flag. This will prevent the internet address from changing to match what is in the person doc in the domino directory.
When the user sends an e-mail, she/he will need to switch to the appropriate location for the corresonding From address. Hope this all makes sense.
