User unable to use traveler on iPhone

Hi

The CEO of one of my clients cannot access Traveler on his iPhone. I am stuck as to why.

I have reset his iPhone without any luck.

All other users in the company using iPhone works fine. Setting another user up on the COE’s iPhone works. Setting up the CEO on another iPhone does not work.

The log files says nothing, he can log into iNotes with the username and password, so there is HTTP access to his mailfile.

When setting up the iPhone we get past setup, and when initial sync starts, it just bails out. He can access webpages on the iPhone, so it is not a network / dns problem on the iPhone.

Ideas?

Subject: User Unable to use traveler

Check to make sure that Traveler has access to add/remove documents to his mail file. If it doesn’t it will bomb out.
