I have a user who will open an email, click the Print icon from the toolbar, but instead of the current document, she gets a calendar page. It’s easy to blame the user, but she has a clue, so I’m not ready to do that yet. Anyone else had that issue?

It’s a focus issue - Notes thinks focus is in the Day-at-a-Glance calendar and prints the highlighted day instead of the email. You might suggest the client get in the habit of clicking on the email before printing.

This problem improves with the fix packs available for 8.0.2. If they’re not already on it, putting FP2 on would be a good idea
