User Security: Save changes before existing? even if nothing is changed

When entering the User Security dialog and exiting it using the ESC key right after the dialog opens (without changing anything), the dialog “Save changes before exiting?” appears.If nothing was changed (by the user) this dialog should not appear.

Subject: Different behaviour when NSL is enabled or disabled

Result of my experiments:When NSL is enabled the User Security dialog is closed without any further dialog box if is pressed.

If NSL is disabled, the dialog “Save changes before exiting?” is presented even if nothing was changed.
