We have one user that has had her name changed, due to marriage. However, when her out of office message gets sent, it references her old name.
What would I need to do to fix it please? Rename her id file, her .nsf file?

Assuming you have gone through the name change procedure. Then the user will have to disable and then enable the out of office agent as it will be signed by here old id which contained her old name.

Hmmmm.
we did the name change months ago - and everything else seems to have her new name used.
When she was set up as a user, the id is stored on a directory on the server plus in her mail file. Maybe a clue there? One changed, the other didnt?

Have had a look at the person doc, and her Shortname/Userid is in her old name. I guess this could be why.
