Yesterday a user started to receive all his internal mail in plain text - external mail isn’t affected.
Problem must be server based as happens no matter what machine I try it from, or even when I open up his mail file as myself. Also still happens if he sends himself a mail, or if anyone else sends him a mail.
The server console shows the “being CD to MIME” conversion process when someone sends him a message.
I cant find settinds anywhere that control this on a per user basis - far less any that I’ve set!
thanks,
Ross
Subject: User receives internal mail in Plain Text
Check his person document. It may be that the “Format preference for incoming mail:” is set to “Prefers Notes Rich Text”.

No, if its doing CD → MIME his document would have to be “Prefers MIME”

I’ve already checked that and it was “keep in senders format”, I tried changing to “prefers notes rich text” but to no avail.
Stupid of me to forget to mention it in first place…

Subject: I think that it is actually set to “Prefers MIME” as it is doing a CD to MIME conversion.
