We have a few users, all running on Domino 8.0.2 who get the “Create New Public Keys” prompt every few days in their Notes client (7.0.3).
All of their IDs have 2048bit certificates and are not set to expire for more than another year.
They are all part of the same security policy which has the Maximum Key Strength set to 2048bit.
When they create new keys, they are not prompted for another few days, but then they get prompted again.
I have no idea why these users are getting this.
Can anyone suggest what I can try to stop this from happening?
