One out of multiple folders list the number of documents in the view instead of the Who, date, time and subject columns. Issue only occures from users workstation.

wipe cache.ndk ? Possibly bookmarks.nsf but I doubt it. Is her mail file stored locally or on the server?

Is this a user-created folder, or one of the built-in folders (Inbox, Trash, etc.)? Have you had the user remove the database from his/her workspace and reopen from the server? This will usually clear up design corruptions that are local (which seems to be the case if the folder looks correct when opened from another machine.)
