User is showing “already scheduled” in calendar, but they have nothing scheduled. They should be “available”. Other users try to see his Free/busy time when trying to schedule meetings with this user. It shows them as “already scheduled” all day everyday. How can I fix this? His scheduling availability is set correctly under Tools/Preferences in his calendar.

I have had success with changing the user’s availability window (e.g., change the start time to 1 hour earlier). This forces Notes to rebuild the user’s schedule in busytime.nsf. You can change it back later.

Under Tools\Preferences\Calendar&ToDo\Scheduling tab make sure that the correct time zone is selected. I had the same problem recently and this turned out to be the cause.
