I have a user who occasionally checks for a sent message only to find it gone. Has been intermittent, and I’ve tested by sending myself 15 emails from her client with none disappearing.
Just today she sent an email to some co-workers who confirmed the delivery, but then went into Sent to print it for her records and found it to be missing.
I checked the All Docs View, Trash and verified that All Sent Messages were being saved in preferences. All messages seem to be saving too, just occasionally this is happening. I have no idea where to go next, as it’s intermittent and the user is concerned that she’s losing messages. I don’t know if this is related to 8.5 or not, but from her perspective that’s when it manifested (post-upgrade).
