This is about the “Switch Id” option we have in notes clients.
Can we switch to an id belonging to a different server?
I have not tried this yet due to some constraints, but would like to hear something on this if anyone has tried this.

You can switch to any ID. This will mean that you are now connecting to the server as that person. You permissions to databases will change but your Locations will not. So you have to manually change these so that the Notes client will function like before. Such as Ctrl +m to open mail.
Or are you truly asking if you can access a Domino server using a server ID… the anser to this should be No
