Hi,
I’ve created an user ID and on his personal document he have MailSystem = None since I don’t want him to have an email address.
But since he’s member of a group, everytime someone sent and email to this group I got the message “Recipient’s Domino Directory entry does not specify a valid Notes mail file”
Is there a way to have a user that have only an ID and not an valid email address?

But you’ve got an user with an ID and no email.You have added an user without mail in a group used for mail, so Domino throws error messages.
You have to delete the user from the group.
If you need the groups for security, make two groups with the same name and set one to Mail Only and the other Access Control Only. And don’t put this user in the Mail Only group.
