I have a customer, her lotus notes was upgraded to Notes 7.0.3 from 6.4.5 recently. After that, her user icons on left hand side bookmark bar are gone.
She tried to add them back and tried drag and drop and menu bookmark, but when closing notes, the added icons are disappeared.
I recreated the bookmark.nsf. the problem is still. But the save windows state on exist function working fine.
User has some delegated database to bookmark. Is it the reason?
